Revitalise your hair after your summer Holiday

Revitalise your hair after your summer Holiday

Summer fun at the beach unfortunately has a negative effect on our beauty. To reduce this effect, put cream with SPF on your skin, but do not forget to protect your hair as well. Days after being in the heat, trapped beneath the sun and in contact with salt and chlorine from the water, the hair eventually becomes dry, fragile, without bluster, and one word - lifeless.

The first step towards restoring the hair is cutting the blossoms peaks.

If you have had carefree fun under the burning sun, you will now have to face the challenge  of restoring your hair back to its natural shine and moisture. To help, here are some tips that will bring you closer to the goal of beautiful Cheryl Cole like hair:
  1. Have your hair cut.
Whatever you do, any expensive product to use, will not be able to "heal" peaks blossoms in the hair. Under the influence of sun, hair damages quickly, so when you return from the long-awaited summer holiday, make an appointment with your hairdresser. If you do not want a big change, cut short only the damaged ends, these ends are like a virus spreading up the hair and making your hair look untidy and drab.
  1. Do not wash your hair every day.
While you were on holiday, you washed your hair every day, perhaps several times. Now give it a break from strong shampoo’s and wash every other day  or if you can even less. That will save its natural moisture, you will not wash away the natural oils secreted from the scalp.
  1. Do not use your hair dryer or hair straighteners.
During the summer months you are free to let the hair dry naturally, without getting a cold. Tie your hair in a braid and leave it up to dry. You get lovely wavy hair that is sexy and modern.

The best way to achieve the shine in your hair is to naturally prepare a cocktail or mixture and feed your hair. Here are some recipes:

Recipe No. 1 : For soft and silky smooth hair   You will need:   ½ banana ¼ melon 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon yoghurt   Smash the ingredients (best to put in blender). Apply the resulting mixture to wet hair, which you've applied with shampoo. Start by laying the mixture on the roots and move toward the tips of hair.   Allow the mixture to act 30 minutes, then wash it with lukewarm water.   Recipe No. 2 : For greater hydration   You will need:   1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 3 eggs 3 tablespoons of shampoo   Mix all ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. Use the mixture as a shampoo, so it will inflict on the hair and scalp, massage for between to 2-5 minutes. Wash your hair with warm water.   Recipe No. 3 : For deep regeneration   You will need:   180ml. extra virgin olive oil ½ cup crushed dried leaves of rosemary   Put oil and rosemary leaves in  pot and heat them on low heat. The oil should be warm, but not hot.   Distill the oil to remove the rosemary and put it first on the scalp, and then down to the tips of hair. If you have normal hair, apply a little oil in the scalp, and if you have dry hair, apply thoroughly. Comb your hair through  so the oil to be applied evenly.   Tie your hair high up on the head and put a plastic cap. Then, soak a cloth with very hot water and wrap the head. Allow the oil to act 20 minutes and wash your hair twice with shampoo and warm water.

No need to pay for expensive treatments to have beautiful shiny hair. You only need to have the desire to separate part of your time to take care of your hair.
